UAS Europe AB is proud to announce that our UAS Ground Control Software, SkyView GCS Version 4.0, has been released.
Main focus on this release has been to add support for NATO STANAG 4586 Edition 4 Volume 1. The new Edition 4 Volume 1 standard include almost 70 new messages that was not previously available. This has resulted in almost 100,000 new lines of code in the SkyView GCS framework. We have performed extensive acceptance testing for almost three months to ensure that the software is fully operational as well as backward compatible with previous STANAG 4586 editions. So, with this new version of SkyView GCS 4.0 we now support the following standards:
- STANAG 4586 Edition 4 Volume 1
- STANAG 4586 Edition 2, Amendment 2
- STANAG 4586 Edition 2, Amendment 1
